A culture of trust: helping people speak up and thrive.
I'm Dr. Jay and my mission is to help individuals and organizations recognize their potential, strengthen their resilience, cultivate purposeful leadership, and create meaningful, lasting impact.

Your team is in the meeting and nobody is saying what they actually think.
You ask if there are any questions and get silence. You ask for concerns and get nods. Then the real conversation happens in the hallway, in a group chat, or in an exit interview.
People rarely leave because of pay. They typically leave when they don't feel valued, heard, or developed, and they stop speaking up long before they walk out.
Every silent meeting costs your organization more than ideas. It costs trust, innovation, engagement, and eventually, talented people.
Psychological safety is where better decisions, engagement, and retention start.
Keynotes built on research and lived experience
I want people to walk away feeling seen, heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with greater purpose and intention.
Evidence-based consulting for leaders and organizations
Grounded in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, organizational research, and real-world executive leadership experience, my consulting approach bridges the gap between people, purpose, and organizational performance.

My story is one of defying the odds.
It's a story of transforming adversity into purpose, and refusing to allow my circumstances to determine my destiny.
I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a master's in Cybersecurity Policy and Management. I'm a 12-year Navy veteran with over 20 years in IT and over 15 years as a cybersecurity leader. I was the first woman and the first African American to lead the Security Operations Center at a federal agency, and I've led civilian and U.S. Naval mentorship programs.
