Leadership begins with self-awareness. Many leaders were promoted for what they know, then asked to lead people without being taught how. I help leaders at every level build the skills that make people want to follow them.
My approach draws on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, 12 years in the U.S. Navy, and more than 15 years as a cybersecurity leader, where how you lead under pressure decides how your team performs.
